The Georgia Urban Ag Council is dedicated to assisting landscape industry companies in navigating government laws and regulations within an ever-changing environment. President Trump has signed several Executive Orders addressing illegal immigration, and the National Association of Landscape Professionals (NALP) has developed a guidance document for businesses. This resource will support you and your staff in preparing for interactions with potential U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) or U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
