🏛 ADVOCACY
UAC continues to work closely with Tolar Capitol Partners, who monitor the Georgia General Assembly on our behalf and report to members weekly through our Capitol Connection updates during each legislative session — covering state regulation, rural infrastructure, and workforce policy affecting our industry. If you're not receiving these updates, reach out and we'll get you connected.
WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT
Finding the next generation of urban ag industry talent remains one of our top priorities. Through our Workforce Development Initiative, we're spreading the word about career opportunities in industry and partnering with national and regional organizations on outreach. If your company wants to help shape this work — or contribute to the initiative directly — I'd love to hear from you.
