GALA: MVP Award

This award recognizes an employee who has made an exceptional contribution to their company through their leadership and ability to grow and excel in the workplace. This person exceeds expectations and furthers the company's mission by delivering superior service to customers, partners, peers and/or stakeholders while serving as a role model for other employees.

Examples of exceeding expectations may include: going above and beyond to assist customers or colleagues; consistently providing exceptional, accurate and professional work; and proactively addressing needs.

Eligibility: All employees of current UAC contractor and vendor member companies who have been employed in that company for a minimum of three years are eligible to be nominated for this award. Nominators can be the nominee's co-worker, peer, supervisor, or manager, but also may be someone from a fellow UAC member company who has had positive interactions with the employee.

Entry Procedures: Nominations must be made using the online entry form below, answering the following questions and providing specific detailed examples.
