Jonathan Robinson | Stone Center | Landscape & Masonry, an Outdoor Living Supply company
My first job in the green industry was… Starting as a yard associate in April 2004. I worked in the yard until 2009, where I moved inside and began my transition into sales. From there, I continued to grow in my role and fully invested in the business and the industry. After more than two decades of experience, I made the decision to join Outdoor Living Supply in November 2025.
The person who has influenced my career is… Jon Levy, an industry leader who pushed me to become the person I am today. Through his mentorship, he taught me how to develop strong, trusting relationships with both current and past customers.
My biggest career success so far has been… Being named the top seller for five consecutive years in a region filled with talented salespeople who are passionate about this industry.

The thing I like most about my career is… Building relationships that last. It’s important to get to know someone beyond the work level – understanding where they came from and what shaped their journey helps create deeper, more meaningful connections.
My least favorite part of my job is… dealing with economic challenges.
One piece of advice I would give to someone entering the green industry today is… always continue to learn, because it’s an evolving industry.
The one thing most responsible for my success is… My family. They help support me every day when I come home and they push me to be better.
If I could change careers, just for a month, I would… Find a place in the fishing industry. Fishing is a large part of my life, thanks to both of my grandfathers who took me out to share their passion with me.
One thing that really annoys me is… Atlanta traffic!
When I’m not working, I like to… Fish, whether for fun or competition. It helps feed the competitive drive I bring to my work every day.
One thing most people don’t know about me is… my wife and I were both raised in Kennesaw, Georgia and I married my high school sweetheart. We have been together since 2003 and we married in 2008. We have two children: Mckinley, 14, and Easton, 12.
