PUBLIC WORKS AND INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORT SERVICES: Workers such as plumbers, electricians, exterminators, builders, contractors, HVAC Technicians, landscapers, and other service providers who provide services that are necessary to maintaining the safety, sanitation, and essential operation of residences, businesses and buildings such as hospitals, senior living facilities, any temporary construction required to support COVID-19 response.

We have prepared three documents* for you consideration to use in your business operations. You may want to supply your drivers and employees with the letter, with the business operational guidelines attached to it.

*Please note that these documents are not not legally binding, and it is up to each individual business owner to make the decision to continue operating in this critical time. The HSA document is advisory in nature, and it is not a Federal directive. Local jurisdictions have the final authority on defining Essential Business. However, with the explcit inclusion of the word "landscaper" in the definition, and that many jurisdictions cite this document in their individual "Shelter/Stay-at-home" orders, we have prepared these documents.
