Job Overview: ServeScape is seeking a motivated and experienced Pro Sales Director to lead our professional contractor installations and large landscape material bids. This role involves recruiting installation contractors to our marketplace, coordinating professional contractor installations, and onboarding contractors to our 1-click installation program. The Pro Sales Director will also be responsible for leading quotations for large landscape material bids.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Attract and recruit installation contractors to join the ServeScape marketplace.
- Coordination: Oversee and coordinate professional contractor installations, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for professional contractors to the 1-click installation program, providing training and support as needed.
- Quotations: Lead and prepare detailed quotations for large landscape material bids, collaborating with the sales and procurement teams.
- Travel: Engage in light travel within the metro Atlanta area and limited travel to ServeScape branches in Chattanooga TN, Greenville SC, and Charlotte NC.
Qualifications:
- At least five years of proven experience in sales, project management, or a related field within the landscaping or construction industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with contractors and clients.
- Proficiency in preparing and presenting detailed quotations and bids.
- Ability to travel as required to support project needs and contractor engagements.
Salary:$80,000 – $90,000 per year with commission and stock option considerations after 1 year.
Benefits: Six weeks PTO, Gas card provided for business-related travel
